2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

A fine medium bodied Cabernet with typical varietal characteristics. It opens with a subdued berry aroma with typical leafy background, leading to a deliciously smooth rich mid palate with long lingering finish.

2008 Pinot Noir

A classic cool climate wine that displays cherry, plum and dark berry aromas, followed by a smooth and succulent palate with a long lingering savoury finish. To be entered in spring 2009 regional wine shows.

This wine represents another advance in style and character. It trends more towards wild berry flavours rather than ripe plum, exhibits a well developed middle palate, and has a longer more lingering and savoury finish than the 2006 version. To be entered in spring 2009 regional wine shows.
